Responsibility
• Deliver excellent customer service such as answering phone, greetings and welcome clients
• Assist in keeping reception area clean and tidy, at all times
• Support general admin task such as paper work, etc.
• Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person,
on the telephone or via e-mail
• Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Carry out instructions given by Manager
Desired Skills and Experience
1. Diploma or Bachelor in any field
2. Good command of English
3. Ability to deal with basic problems related to the phone calls
4. Knowledge of computer and software application
5. Good Attitude and excellent service mind
6. Pleasant personality and good communication skill
7. Minimum two years’ experience as a receptionist
